These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern the retail sale of products by Materia l’Atelier di Fabio Guerra. Sales from the website www.materia-atelier.it are limited to Italian territory, including islands, and Europe.

Prices and Payments

All prices are VAT included.

Shipping costs are indicated separately at the end of the purchase process and on the invoice. Prices may be subject to updates, so we invite the customer to check the final sales price before placing his order.

The payment methods are indicated in the purchase process and are: Credit or prepaid card, PayPal, bank transfer and cash on delivery for Italy.

The sales contract is to be considered concluded when Materia l’Atelier di Fabio Guerra receives the order form complete with payment via the materia-atelier.it website, verifies the correctness of the data and sends a receipt of the purchase order containing the summary of the transaction information.

By placing the order, the customer declares to know and unconditionally accept the General Conditions of Sale set out here by Materia l’Atelier di Fabio Guerra and the further information contained on the site, including references to the Privacy Policy.

Billing

The invoice is issued at the same time as the order.

It will always be possible to request a copy of the electronic invoice by email: shop@materia-atelier.it

Shipping and Deliveries

Shipping costs are free for Italy and €10 for European countries for each order sent.

Shipping times are generally between 48-72 hours from the time the order is processed.

To monitor the status of the order, the customer can follow the shipment tracking in the order summary email or by contacting us via email.

After confirming the order it will no longer be possible to change the shipping address.

On average, deliveries take place in 3-5 working days throughout Italy with the exception of the islands where the average delivery times are 5-7 working days

Following an anomaly in the shipment (for example a package lost or destroyed during transport), Materia l’Atelier di Fabio Guerra will resend the product, compatibly with its availability in the warehouse, without further expenses or increases for the customer or, if he is not available, to refund the expense.

Warranty, refunds and right of withdrawal

At the time of delivery, the customer will be required to verify that the packaging is intact, not damaged or otherwise altered, including the closing materials. Any damage to the packaging and/or the product must be immediately reported by placing a written control reservation (and specifying the reason for the reservation, e.g. “Laundry packaging”, “Crushed packaging”, etc.) on the courier’s delivery document . Once this document has been signed, the customer will no longer be able to make any complaints regarding the characteristics of what was delivered. Any problems relating to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 3 days of delivery by writing an email to: shop@materia-atelier.it and attaching photographic evidence of the problem. In the event of failure to deliver the goods within the indicated times, the customer will be required to notify Materia l’Atelier di Fabio Guerra, who will verify the status of the shipment and any anomaly with the courier.

The customer can also exercise the right of withdrawal without any penalty within 14 days of receipt of the goods and upon telephone or written communication by e-mail (shop@materia-atelier.it) or pec (gfpittori@pec.it). The products must be returned intact and sealed in the boxes sent by Materia l’Atelier di Fabio Guerra. Shipping is the responsibility of the consumer (unless otherwise indicated by the supplier who in some cases may choose to take charge of the shipping) who can freely choose the courier of reference. Materia l’Atelier di Fabio Guerra will proceed with the refund within 30 days of receipt and verification of the good condition of the goods.
